Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose and Plans)

The Service aims to provide information from around the world by searching and summarizing it in the user’s preferred language.

The Service offers a Free Plan for no charge and a Business Plan (Paid) that provides additional features and commercial usage rights. Details for each plan are subject to the pricing page on the Service website.

Article 2 (Commercial Use and Intellectual Property)

Ownership of Rights: All rights related to the Service, including algorithms, the Search Culture Database, and software, belong to Wemot Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

Free Plan: Free users may use the output of the Service only for personal use. Reproduction or redistribution of content without clear attribution is prohibited.

Business Plan: The Company grants paid users the right to commercially use the summarized text generated by the Service. However, regarding the copyright of the primary sources (original articles) referenced by the AI, the user must comply with the terms of the respective sites and handle citations and processing appropriately at their own responsibility.

Article 3 (Disclaimers: Nature of AI and External Dependencies)

Inaccuracy of Information: Since the Service aggregates information using AI, it does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, or reliability of the content. Users must understand and accept the risk of incorrect information (hallucinations) generated by the AI.

Verification of Primary Sources: For critical business, legal, or medical decisions, users must verify the primary information via the source URLs provided by the Service.

API Dependency: The Service utilizes external infrastructures such as Google APIs. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the suspension or specification changes of these external services.

Article 4 (Payment and Cancellation of Paid Plans)

Usage Fees: Users shall pay the usage fees determined by the Company through the designated payment methods.

Automatic Renewal: Unless otherwise specified, paid plans will automatically renew at the end of the term.

Refunds: Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be provided after payment is completed. Cancellations will be processed as the non-renewal of the next billing cycle.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

  • Excessive access through automated programs (bots, scraping, etc.).
  • Using the output of the Service for the development of competing search or summarization services.
  • Conducting searches that infringe upon the rights of other users or third parties.

Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
